Gregg Fernandes is the Vice President for Customer Care and Logistics for The Washington Post, where he has worked for more than 28 years. Gregg is responsible for customer service for all print and digital subscribers to The Washington Post. He also oversees the daily distribution and printing of the print edition of The Post, along with numerous alternate deliveries. His department manages nearly a million deliveries each day.
Gregg’s career has been spent in customer-facing positions in the customer call center; retention; billing; field operations; and consumer and digital marketing. His undergraduate degree is in behavioral sciences, and he has an MBA and a law degree. Gregg lives in Maryland with his wife and two children.
