1:1 Business Meetings

The 1:1 Business Meetings are what makes an Exchange extremely valuable for both delegates and solution providers.

Prior to the Exchange, delegates and solution providers make selections on who they want to meet based on current business needs. Every attendee receives a custom agenda and these private 30-minute one-on-one meetings give you the opportunity to offer objective, flexible, and relevant strategies for continued success.

Keynote Panel Moderator

Engage the audience through thoughtful questions and challenging opinions as the moderator of a panel session. Be the leader on the stage and facilitate thought-provoking discussions for the audience!

Keynote Panel Discussion

An open and engaging panel discussion alongside other key industry leaders addressing the full audience of attendees.

Master Class Speaking Session

Solution provider led 45-minute session consisting of half the delegates from the Exchange which creates an intimate learning environment. This session is positioned to present the solution provider as a “master” in the topic, and delegates will be attending for the opportunity to hear thought leadership on strategies, tactics, or case studies.

Interactive Speaking Session

45-minute interactive session led by a Solution Provider consisting of half the delegates from the Exchange in a private conference room. These are designed around a topic, which lends itself to the current challenges our delegates are facing and the services the solution provider offers.

Roundtable Leadership

A 60-minute discussion in a roundtable setting. The session will open with the solution provider giving a short introduction of the session topic to the audience then remains a facilitator throughout the discussion. Multiple roundtables are available for delegates to choose from based on the topic.

Networking Breaks/Cocktail Reception

Throughout the Exchange, a variety of breakfast, networking break, luncheon, cocktail reception options are available to create more opportunities for engagement. The Exchange team works with you closely to make sure the experience is aligned with your objectives.
